STORAGE MODE
Whether it is to facilitate exchanges during joint clinical studies between interdisciplinary teams or to have a copy of your samples in case of a major disaster at your site, we can offer permanent storage in one of our high-security partner biobanks.
In the event of a malfunction in your own infrastructure that puts your samples at risk, our logistics partners will intervene within 4 hours on your site (24/7) to remove your threatened collections.
Your collections are transported in a temperature-controlled environment to one of our nearest partner biobanks, where their qualitative preservation will be ensured for you.
We guarantee the availability of the required storage space at all times. The offer is set up with the identification of the risks linked to your activity and your infrastructure according to your needs, that means the number of samples and the storage temperatures.
In the event of a disaster, IZIBIO coordinates the removal and transport of the samples. Upon receipt, the bio bank will proceed with the quality control, identification and storage of the samples and we will assist you in resolving the claim. As soon as desired, IZIBIO will proceed with the reshipment of the samples
