STORAGE MODE
Whether to facilitate exchanges during joint clinical studies between interdisciplinary teams or to have a copy of your samples in case of a major disaster at your site, we can safely offer permanent storage in one of our high-security partner biobanks.
In the event of a malfunction occurring in your own infrastructure and putting your samples at risk, our logistics partners intervene on your site in less than 4 hours (24/7) to remove your threatened collections. Your collections are transported under controlled temperature conditions to one of our nearest partner biobanks, where we ensure their qualitative preservation. We guarantee at all times the availability of the required storage space.
The implementation of the service is carried out with the identification of risks related to your activity and your infrastructure according to your needs, namely the number of samples and storage temperatures. In the event of an incident, IZIBIO coordinates the removal and then the transport of the samples.
Upon receipt, the biobank carries out quality control, identification, and storage of the samples, and we support you in resolving the incident. As soon as desired, IZIBIO proceeds with the reshipment of the samples.
